Box braids is the 80s 90s trend than has since evolved. Usually, you would let it down or tie it up into a bun but now so many styles have been developed to update the look. Here are some of the styles to try on your own to achieve a fresh look every day.

Turban twist

Make sure you pull together a section of your braids then plait one big braid. Twist the braid by all round the head and create for a turban look

Rock roll and braid

Section the middle front portion of your head twist it, swoop it round to the back of your head, and pin. Repeat previous steps front portion of your head.

Four cinabow

Hold your braids up, divide sections into four an twist into a cinnabon, then tie a scarf to accessorise
